These Terms & Conditions govern all commissions and purchases made through DS Mini Builds. By booking a commission, you agree to the following terms:

1. Commissions & Orders

All commissions are custom-made to order.

Slots are limited each month and are secured on a first-come, first-served basis.

Once we agree on project details, you will be provided with a quote and estimated timeline.

2. Deposits & Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your commission slot.

The deposit amount will be deducted from your final invoice.

Final payment is due before the commissioned build is shipped or delivered.

Payments are accepted via PayPal, bank transfer, or other approved methods.

3. Pricing

Prices vary depending on scale, level of detail, and complexity.

Quotes provided are valid for 14 days.

Shipping costs are calculated separately and added to the final invoice.

4. Project Timelines

Build times vary depending on project size and complexity.

An estimated completion date will be provided when the commission is confirmed.

While every effort is made to meet deadlines, delays may occur due to supply issues, complexity, or unforeseen circumstances. You will be notified if this happens.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable once work has started.

If you cancel before work begins, you may request a refund of your deposit.

No refunds are available after the final product has been completed and approved for shipping.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Commissions are securely packaged to reduce the risk of damage.

We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damage caused by third-party delivery services.

Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Quality & Variations

Each model is handmade; slight variations are natural and part of the process.

Reference images may be used for accuracy, but final results may vary based on materials and scale.

8. Ownership & Usage

DS Mini Builds reserves the right to photograph and share commissioned work on our website and social media for portfolio purposes, unless the client requests otherwise.

Completed builds are for display purposes only and are not toys.

9. Liability

We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or exposure to unsuitable conditions (e.g., heat, moisture).

Once the item is shipped and tracking is provided, responsibility transfers to the customer.
